Large hands grasped Kiera’s wrists, drawing her thoughts back to the office and her arms behind her back.

“It won’t work if you’re this tense around me all the time,” Lantis murmured. He pulled her arms further back gently, shifting his grip so that one hand held both her wrists at the small of her back.

“What?” she gasped, breathless with shocked excitement.

“You need to feel comfortable around me.” His breath tickled her ear, sending darts that made her nipples tingle and tighten. His body heat surrounded her.

Kiera jerked her arms, testing his grip, but he held on easily. “What are you going to do?” she asked unsteadily. It was like a scene straight out of her weekend fantasies. The realization sent a flare of treacherous heat streaking through her, undermining any thought of resistance.

“I’m going to let you get used to me,” Lantis answered ambiguously. He stroked her hip with his free hand. “Unless you can think of another way you can learn to relax with me in less than a day?”

What?Kiera’s thoughts splintered as he rubbed her inner hip with light fingers. Her core fluttered in response, anticipating the rapture to come.
